A Springfield man is facing charges of sexual assault of a child after a cyber tip came in to local law enforcement from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
The tip came in during March and investigators just recently arrested 21-year-old Dillon Shadle.
Shadle was in court on Thursday and is currently being held on a $500,000 bond.
He faces charges for also allegedly recording the sexual assault of the victim.
The investigation is still ongoing and more charges could be filed once it is complete.
Shadle will be back in court in July.
