Christmas paid a visit to downtown Omaha Monday where 89 special needs kids from six metro school were treated to an ample dose of holiday spirit.
This is the 28th year that retired flight attendants have put on the show for the kids. Pinnacle Bank helps too.
Willie Young, with the Omaha Silverliners says it’s, “for the kids. They’re here. Nobody's different. Everybody's the same in this room."
Aside from Santa's appearance, glitter paint seemed to be the most popular feature.
The schools that were on hand for North Pole Flight Number 28 were Adams; Boyd; Mount View; Waconda; Madonna and the Iowa School for the Deaf.
