The College of Saint Mary is hosting a speaker who will talk about working with refugee students and their families and give her perspective on the challenges teachers face.

Join us for a presentation by Susan Mayberger, Coordinator of ESL & Migrant Education in the Omaha Public School system, Friday, September 14, from 1– 2 p.m. in CSM’s Gross Auditorium.

She will share her experiences in working with refugee and immigrant families here in Omaha and explore ways teachers and school systems can support these communities both within and outside of the classroom.
