Hours after a south Omaha robbery, police have a man in custody.
Francisco Calleja works at the family-owned clothing store La Familia on 24th and J streets. It was business as usual on Thursday morning until an armed robber walked in.
"He was wearing all black by what I know," Calleja said. "He didn't pull the trigger or pull out the gun. He showed it to the owner and said give me the money or else, basically. And she handed him the money and he started running away."
Calleja said he was thankful the store got its money back and that no one was hurt.
Police say the robber is 23-year-old Daniel Ibarra. He is currently locked up at the Douglas County Jail. Police believe Ibarra may also be linked to other south Omaha robberies.
