Most hotels in Cheyenne and Laramie are booked up ahead of this weekend's football game between Nebraska and Wyoming.
The Cheyenne Tribune Eagle reported Friday that some hotels have been booked for weeks.
The game will be played Saturday at War Memorial Stadium in
Jamie Crew of the Albany County Tourism Board says out-of-state
fans of other teams have filled Laramie hotels to capacity, but
it's not often the rooms max out as far ahead as they did this
year. Laramie is in Albany County.
Darren Rudloff of the travel promotion group Visit Cheyenne says
Cheyenne motels were about 95 percent full by Thursday.
Nebraska is ranked No. 9 in the nation and is favored by more
than three touchdowns over Wyoming. Both teams are 3-0.
