Areas of showers and light rain are expected to continue Wednesday afternoon and early evening as a slow moving low pressure system churns through the upper Midwest.
Along with the rain, northwest winds at 15-30 mph will keep temperatures in the 40s once again with "feels like" temperatures in the 30s most of the day.
The weather starts to improve Thursday and warmer conditions return later in the week with highs in the 60s on Friday.
