Lincoln police are piecing together what led up to a man walking into a hospital with a gunshot wound to his leg.
Officer Katie Flood said the investigation is still in its early stages, but did confirm the man made his way to a hospital on his own.
Police say all they know right now is that he had been shot in the leg, but they haven't been able to determine the circumstances around the injury.
Police say the man was intoxicated. The wound is not considered life threatening.
