Police have identified the teenager who was shot and killed Friday afternoon as 17-year-old Brandin Princole of Omaha.
The shooting happened at North 46th Street and Larimore Avenue around 2:40 p.m. A witness said the victim was bleeding from the head. Residents said they heard between four and eight shots and then a car driving away.
Princole was taken from the scene to the Nebraska Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
