It looks like a shooting suspect from over the weekend will not be going anywhere soon. On Monday, a judge set Carl Johnson, Jr.’s bond at $1-million.

The 23-year old man was arrested for allegedly opening fire at Orchard Park, near 65th & Hartman. In court Monday, WOWT 6 News learned that a child allegedly spit on Johnson’s sister. Johnson allegedly confronted the child’s teenaged babysitter by pulling out a gun and firing the gun several times.

A bystander, 23-year-old Josh Hintz, was struck. He has been upgraded to serious condition at Creighton University Medical Center.
