Authorities have arrested 64-year-old Steven Harrod, accused of shooting Michael Green in the face last Monday in Louisville, Nebraska.
Harrod was apprehended without incident in the town of Goodman, Missouri by U.S. Marshals last Sunday night.
The 32-year-old Green was taken by medical helicopter to Creighton University Medical Center, where at last check he remains in critical condition.
In an affidavit obtained by Channel 6 News, the victim and his girlfriend were described as tenants of the house where the shooting took place. Harrod is the homeowner and also lived in the house.
According to the affidavit, methamphetamine residue was found inside the home and Harrod is a known meth user.
