A one vehicle crash landed two people in an Omaha hospital Sunday afternoon. One of them was also cited for his 4th DUI. The incident was reported at 3pm in Weeping Water, Nebraska.
Cass County Sheriff William C. Brueggemann says deputies were dispatched to 100 West F Street. When they arrived, they found a car had crashed into a tree. An investigation revealed that the driver, 58-year old Ronald G. Payne of Lincoln, failed to turn at the “T” intersection.
Payne and his passenger, 29-year-old Janae Blahak of Lincoln, were transported to the Nebraska Medical Center in stable condition. Payne was also cited for having no proof of insurance.
