A registered sex offender has been arrested for trying to entice young girls over the Internet for a second time.
Thirty-eight-year-old Curtis Jensen of Woodbine, Iowa was taken into custody after graphic Internet conversations with who he thought was a 15-year-old girl. But for four months he had actually been exchanging e-mails with an undercover police detective in Bellevue.
When Jensen failed to show for a rendezvous in Nebraska, officers went to his home in Woodbine to make the arrest.
Bellevue Police Chief John Stacey said Jensen had been convicted of a similar Internet enticement charge about five years ago.
