Omaha Police take a man off the streets Tuesday night. Officers say he sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl.
Scott Smith, 27, is being held in Douglas County Jail.
This is his first offense. If convicted, Smith will face a mandatory minimum of 15 years in prison.
