A Heartland woman's bail is revoked so she will sit in jail until she is sentenced for child abuse.
Nicole Corcoran entered a plea of "no contest" to hurting the 2-year-old son of her then boyfriend, Chad Cymbalista. Cymbalista was also convicted in connection with the boy's injuries.
Judge Gregory Schatz told Corcoran he wanted to hold off on her sentence until Cymbalista is sentenced.
The prosecutor in the case asked Schatz to revoke Corcoran's bail because of an unfavorable pre-sentence investigation report for Corcoran.
Judge Schatz agreed and rescheduled the sentencing date for April 30th.
