A second suspect in the murder of an Omaha teenager a year ago pleaded guilty Tuesday and will be sentenced on January 28th.
Joshua Van Ackeren was the driver the night 16-year-old Montrell Wiseman was gunned down near North 21st and Binney streets in October 2012. Angelo Tolbert has sentenced in August to life in prison for shooting Wiseman.
Investigators say Tolbert and several others decided to drive into a rival gang's territory and take revenge for the death of his cousin a few weeks earlier. The 16-year-old Wiseman was wearing the rival gang's colors, but his family said he was not part of a gang.
