The Scouting for Food Drive continues tomorrow as Scouts canvas neighborhoods for non-perishable food items left by front doors.
The food is being collected for the Food Bank for the Heartland.
Residents are reminded to set out non-perishables on Saturday, April 13, for collection. The scouts will collect them on that day from 8am-1pm.
This is the 19th year for the event.
It's key this time of year since the Food Bank is running unusually low on supplies.
The Scouts will be working drop locations at 14591 Stony Brook Blvd., 5150 Center Street, 9707 Q Street, 3420 N 156th Street, and 1000 South 178th Street.
