A Waverly, Nebraska school was locked down Wednesday morning as Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department deputies searched for a reported gunman seen on the roof.
It turned out to be a 20-year-old with an Airsoft pistol, a gun that looks real and fires plastic pellets via compressed gas or electric and/or spring-driven pistons.
Officials said there was no real threat to the school or the community.
