A Wahoo woman has been arrested for repeatedly stealing prescription drugs from someone's bedroom.
Saunders County Attorney Scott Tingelhoff says Jillian Beasley was charged with Burglary, a class III Felony, which has a maximum sentence of up to 20 years in prison, and Theft, a class II Misdemeanor, which has a maximum sentence of up to 6 months in jail.
The victim had reported missing prescription medication from his house for the last three weeks. Wahoo Police identified Beasley as the individual who was taking prescription medication from the victim’s bedroom.
Beasley is scheduled to make her first court appearance in the Saunders County Court on February 27, 2013 at 9:00 a.m.
