Roofer Who Took Money Without Doing Work Surrenders To Police

A man wanted in Lincoln for taking money for roof repairs and never completing the work has turned himself in to police.

Forty-five-year-old Charles O’Laughlin faces five counts of felony theft by deception. In the fall of 2010, his business, U.S. Exteriors, allegedly took more than $20,000 from customers.
