Rollover Leads To Arrest
No one was injured; however, one person was arrested following a rollover crash.
Cass County Sheriff Wm. C. Brueggemann said deputies and Louisville Volunteer Fire and Rescue responded to a one-vehicle rollover accident on 144th Street, one-quarter mile north of Waverly Road.
The driver of a northbound vehicle said she swerved to avoid a southbound vehicle and lost control of her 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The sheriff’s report said excessive speed was a factor.
The driver, Courtney Marie Landers, age 20, of Weeping Water, was arrested on an outstanding Otoe County warrant, said Brueggemann.
