Lincoln police have arrested a 55-year old man in a road rage incident dating back two years. A tip from the public pointed them to Tommy King.
Back on August 22, 2009 a 27-year old man was assaulted by another man after an incident while driving. The victim received seven severe cuts to his neck, chest, back and shoulders. King was booked for first degree assault and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
