Fact Finders has uncovered the source behind an unmarked gravel pile in the middle of the Old Market.
Jeff Beaudoin tore off his bumper when he hit the pile on 13th Street between Howard and Jackson.
The cement mix was three feet high and ran nine feet into the street. There were no barricades.
Beaudoin’s car needs $1,600 in repairs.
We've since learned that it wasn't a city project. The victim says he took a call from a Florida contractor doing work for CenturyLink.
Jeff tells WOWT Six News that it seems the contractor realizes the mistake and is in the process of handling his claim.
