A name that hadn't been previously mentioned in the Richie Incognito harassment saga is now front and center, according to a "Pro Football Talk" report.
Sources said the agent for Jonathan Martin reached out to Miami Dolphins General Manager Jeff Ireland to put a stop to bullying of his client by Incognito.
Ireland, according to the sources, suggested to the agent that Martin physically confront Incognito. Ireland specifically said he should punch him.
Martin has left the team to undergo counseling. Incognito, a former Husker, is serving an indefinite suspension from the Dolphins.
