The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission will conduct prescribed burns at Indian Cave State Park between Oct. 29 and Dec. 31. These fires are part of an ongoing oak woodland restoration project that will improve woodland habitat and help control the spread of invasive plants.
Affected trails and roads in portions of the park will be marked with appropriate signs and closed during these prescribed fire
