An Iowa based postal employee has been charged with theft.
Glenn Arthur Reisinger, also known as Art Reisinger, age 62, has
been charged with five counts of postal theft while employed by the United States Postal Service.
Reisinger is charged in a five-count indictment alleging that Reisinger stole Menards rebate checks from the United States mail on five separate occasions during the spring of 2011.
Each count of theft by a postal employee carries a maximum penalty of up to five (5) years in jail, a fine of up to $250,000, or both.
This case is being investigated by the United States Postal Service.
