Instead of inviting neighbors to a pool party Shelley miller is warning them. Miller says, "I apologize that this is what our fence is right now and please watch your children."
In mid-July Shelley and her husband paid quality fence of Omaha about half or thirty six hundred dollars for a six foot fence.
Shelley said, " It should have been done four weeks ago."Shelley says her next doors have been patient.
The owner of Quality Fence located near 177th & Giles blames wet spring and high demand on manufacturers among other things.Scott Harding says, "We had a whole truck load that got shipped that was the wrong product we had to ship it back and that put us two weeks behind."
Quality Fence of Omaha has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau and shouldn't use the logos like on the Miller's contract. Scott Harding of Quality Fence told Fact Finders, "It must have been old printed stuff and we're getting ready to rejoin them."
But not before clearing thirteen complaints this year. Jim Hegarty of the Bureau says, "They indicated they're willing to do whatever it takes to resolve the issue that is occurring with their customer." The owner of quality fence says he's living up to the company name
Harding says, " People are very happy with the finished product, we’re just running behind."
But the Millers can't wait and want a refund to hire someone else.
Shelley says, " we just have this rinky dinky temporary fence around it and I'm just worried."
Harding says he's hired two more crews. That's six additional employees who are getting trained. He says work orders should be caught up within a month,
