A mystery is down to a partial mystery. Police have identified a seriously injured patient left at Bergan Mercy Hospital Wednesday but they’re still looking for the car and driver involved in the drop-off.
While investigators now know who the patient is, the person can’t tell them who was driving the vehicle.
The incident happened at 1:38 Wednesday afternoon.
The driver of the white two-door vehicle dropped the patient off and left before telling anyone what happened or what caused the person’s injuries.
The patient is not able to provide any information.
The mystery vehicle seen in the photo was missing a hubcap on the front passenger side wheel.
If you have any information about the incident or the vehicle, police would like to hear from you. You can call the front desk at the Police Department at 402 444-5600 or contact Crime Stoppers at 402-444-STOP.
