Police are investigating the break-ins of three local businesses that happened Tuesday morning.
Classic Golf and Jonesy's Taco House on 60th and Woolworth and Beer City on 42nd and L were broken into around 2 o'clock in the morning.
The owners said the burglar used rocks to break the glass windows in the doors to get inside.
"I think over the years we've been broken into about four or five times so I guess it just happens," said Dick Jones, the owner of Jonesy's Taco House. Nothing was stolen at the restaurant, but Jones said the glass repair will cost about 300 dollars.
Classic Golf was just broken into a few months ago. Only about ten dollars was stolen this time, but the glass repair will also be in the hundreds.
"I like to think that I can trust every single person that's out there and that's just me by nature but unfortunately that's not the way the real world is," said Tony Tubrick, the owner of Classic Golf.
At Beer City, surveillance video showed one burglar breaking the glass and leaving with two bottles of rum and cash. The owners said they believed the man was a customer because he knew where the money was in the bar.
Police are still investigating if the three break-ins are related.
