It was a scary situation for a 13-year-old boy after a drunk woman walked into his home and locked herself in the bathroom. The boy tells WOWT 6 News he never expected anything like that to happen.

Isaiah Harris usually plays video games after school waiting for his parents to get home. This particular day, he tells us he heard a knock on the door, so he looked out the window. "I saw that it looked like someone I knew from her back, the hairstyle, so I opened the door and peaked my head out." He never expected what would happen next.

"She yanked open the door and shoved me and ran and locked herself in the bathroom." Her two kids, ages 5 and 3, followed.

"I had never been so scared and confused in my life. I walked up and she slams the door and I heard the lock. Then I'm like, 'Lady get out of my bathroom'."

Isaiah ran down to the basement, locked the door, and called 911.

According to a police report, officers were able to get the bathroom door unlocked. There they found the woman, Starr Parker, passed out on the toilet. They were eventually able to wake her up, but said she was very drunk.

She was cited with two counts of child neglect.

Isaiah said he's learned from this experience, as bizarre as it was. "Now I know what could happen and what safety precautions I need to take." He said it won't deter him from staying home alone, but he'll think twice before answering the door.

Isaiah credits his parents with teaching him to pick up the phone and call police immediately in an emergency.
