Police have identified a man whose body was found near 18th and Clark early Monday morning as 22-year-old Curtis Bradford.
Officers received a call about a man down around 7 a.m.
According to a lieutenant at the scene, a neighbor got home Monday morning and noticed what was believed to be a pile of clothing just outside of a garage. The neighbor walked over to investigate, found the body and called 911.
Paramedics arrived on the scene and determined the case was a homicide.
The housing development is surrounded by a large green space, that police cordoned off.
