It’s not too late to sign up for the 2013 Omaha Polar Plunge. The event will be held Saturday, February 16 at Lake Cunningham.

The Law Enforcement Torch Run is holding the event to benefit Special Olympics Nebraska.
Plungers are encouraged to form teams and dress in costumes. Prizes will be awarded for raising pledges and creativity.
The event starts at 11am with registration beginning at 9:30am. There will be a post-plunge party immediately following the event (presumably inside where it’s warm) at The Loose Moose Bar & Grill at 4915 N. 120th St.
