A plea agreement reached in theft case. In serving an eviction notice in Cedar Creek last spring, Cass County sheriff’s deputies found a stolen ATV. 41-year-old Heather Christensen of Louisville was then charged with felony theft.
A plea deal has resulted in Christensen pleading guilty to a Class I Misdemeanor of attempted theft by receiving. She will be sentenced February 28th in Cass County district Court. She remains free on bond.
The ATV, valued at $6,000, had been reported stolen from a Papillion man in August of 2008.
