Not every child has a father figure in their life, but Playmakers tries to fill that void through their mentoring and coaching, as well as, a unique reading program that they will be introducing in the Omaha area. In April, they are holding a luncheon to kick off the unique reading program they will be offering to Omaha's at risk youth.
WOWT is proud to sponsor their Recognition Luncheon April 29, 2013, from noon to 1 p.m. at Anthony's Steakhouse at 72nd and F Streets. Tickets for the Luncheon can be purchased by clicking on the related link below.
This fundraiser will also support their free annual Youth Football Camp. The date for this year's camp has not yet been announced.
