Authorities have wrapped up their investigation of a September shooting at a cold-storage warehouse in southeast Nebraska.
Saline County Attorney Tad Eickman told a Lincoln TV station that no charges will be filed, as the suspected shooter, 26-year-old Akouch Kashoual of Lincoln, is dead.
Eickman was out of the office Friday and unavailable to comment.
Investigators have said Kashoual shot three co-workers at the
Americold Logistics plant in Crete, then killed himself. No motive
has been released.
Two of the victims were released from hospitals a few days after
the shooting. The third - a woman shot 11 times - was released this week. All three victims live in Crete.
