Plant expert John Fech answered some viewer questions on the Channel 6 News Midday Thursday. Before answering questions, he offered some tips on how to keep flowers received on Valentine’s Day fresh longer.

When Should I split my perennials before they get too big?
What can I do about pet stains on the lawn?
