A California-based pizza chain that sounds like an episode from Seinfeld is expanding into Nebraska, South Dakota, and North Dakota. Just like Kramer envisioned, at this restaurant, customers make their own pizza.
A spokesman for PizzaRev says the chain will most likely put its first Nebraska restaurant somewhere in Lincoln. The company was not prepared to discuss a specific location or estimate the time it would be open.
PizzaRev describes itself as a casual pizza chain that provides its customer with a truly interactive dining experience. Customers craft their own pizzas by choosing from a wide variety of ingredients, in any amount, for one price. The pizzas are then cooked by an employee in a stone-hearth oven.
It was founded in 2012 by Irv Zuckerman and Rodney Eckerman. In 2013, it announced a strategic partnership with Buffalo Wild Wings. For more information about the restaurant, CLICK HERE.
