The state has delayed construction work planned for a stretch of Interstate 80 near Milford in southeast Nebraska.
The work was to begin on Tuesday morning. The Nebraska Roads Department says the work should begin within the next two weeks,
The department says the work will begin at milepost 381 and will take about a week, once it begins. A nearby interstate rest stop
will be closed temporarily.
Travel delays are expected. A pilot car will be used to guide motorists through the area of one-lane traffic.
