Sir Paul McCartney isn't performing in Lincoln until July 14th and tickets for the concert don't go on sale until Monday, but one diehard fan is already waiting outside Pinnacle Bank Arena.
"He's given me a lot of pleasure and happiness with his music," says Darrell Henggeler. "He's my favorite entertainer of all time and that's why I'm here and wanted to be here early to be [the] number one person in line."
Henggeler has been waiting since Friday. "I'm paying my dues. I'm looking forward to a good show and I know he won't disappoint."
Henggeler realizes he can go online and get tickets, but said the best seats are only sold to those who work for it. "I'm out here also, just like Paul said, he's out there," said Henggeler, referring to McCartney's Out There Tour. "It's gonna be a long wait to Monday, but it will be worth it.”
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m.
