An Alvord, Iowa man is in trouble with the law. It started when a Council Bluffs Police Officer noticed a car parked in Fairmount Park after hours.
It ended up with 20-year-old Kyle Heyer cited for a number of alleged crimes.
The officer cited Heyer for possession of a controlled substance. The report indicates a "personal amount" of marijuana.
A second citation is for the alleged possession of drug paraphernalia.
Heyer was also cited for being in the park after hours.
The citations indicate the incident happened shortly before 2AM on March 12th. Heyer's court date has been set for March 19th.
