Parents are charged with three counts of child neglect after a neighbor found one of their kids sleeping in a hallway outside their apartment. Police reports say Daniel Ellison Sr. left his children home overnight. A neighbor found Ellison's 1-year-old son sleeping in a hallway outside their apartment.
According to police reports the neighbor found the boy about 6:30 am on September 12th. He told police he found the boys older brother in an apartment bedroom. The brother told police that his mother went out for the night and left him home to watch his brother.
Ellison came home about 8:00 am. Police also charged the boy's mother with three counts of child neglect.
