Animal-rights group PETA is back at the Iowa State Fair after packing up its booth over a dispute with fair organizers.
Fair organizers objected to profanity in a video being shown by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals at its interactive fair booth. The profane word in the video is uttered by a farm worker attempting to break a turkey's neck.
PETA opted to exit the fair rather than edit the video to remove the offensive word from the video's audio and subtitles. But by Friday evening, the group and fair organizers had worked out an agreement. PETA will keep the video's audio as is, but will remove the profane word from the video's subtitles.
