The people at Youth Emergency Services need your help. They have a shortage of bottled water.
The organization helps youth on the street, some of whom are homeless. YES has an outreach program where they hand out water to those in need and right now they are running very low of bottled water.
Shawn Miller, with Youth Emergency Services, said, “We engage in the youth that will talk to us. We let them know what resources we provide about our programs. We offer them snacks and bottled water, It’s hot out there. Get that conversation going and they're thirsty.”
If you would like to donate, bring your bottled water to the Street Outreach Center at 2602 Harney or call 402 345-5187.
