A woman was seriously hurt in a drive-by shooting in Omaha early Tuesday morning.

Just before 1 a.m., a dark-colored sedan drove up behind the Mason School Apartments near 24th and Mason and opened fire on people standing outside. 20-year-old Anip Maker was struck in the leg. Medics are treating her at the Alegent Creighton Medical Center.

Officers searched the area for that dark-colored car now. They believe it may be a Chrysler 300. Several witnesses were taken in for questioning overnight, but no arrests have been made at this time.
