Update: Murder Victim Identified

Police have identified the man shot to death Saturday morning as 30-year-old Anthony Saunsoci of Omaha.

He was found dead at 41st and Ohio streets around 2:30 a.m. A woman wounded at the scene was taken to UNMC for treatment of injuries not considered to be life threatening. She was identified as 28-year-old Eva Carter of Omaha.

Minutes later, 30-year-old Antwon Murry of Omaha was dropped off at Creighton University Medical Center, seeking treatment for a gunshot wound not thought to be life threatening.

Earlier, around 1:20 a.m. at 45th and Curtis, police found 21-year-old Olivia Harness of Omaha suffering from a head wound. She was taken to the University of Nebraska Medical Center in critical condition.

Officers told Channel 6 News someone inside a vehicle heading westbound on Curtis Avenue opened fire on a house where a party was going on. At least nine shots were fired. Police are looking for a blue, gold or gray Jeep Grand Cherokee with a dark-colored stripe.
