One driver is in the hospital and another is in police custody after a crash in southwest Omaha late Sunday night.
Officers tell WOWT 6 News a silver sedan was going north on 96th street just after 10 p.m. when it ran a red light and collided with an eastbound red sedan.
The driver of the red sedan was taken to the Nebraska Medical Center with serious injuries. The driver of the silver SUV was taken into custody for possible DUI.
A passenger was also inside the silver SUV, but that person was not seriously injured.
Police have not released the identity of the drivers of the passenger at this time.
