A 16-year-old is fighting for her life after being shot in north Omaha Tuesday morning.
Omaha police were called to the Quik Trip, around 1 a.m., near 72nd and Military. When they arrived, they found Lashana Westbrook with a gunshot wound.
According to police, Westbrook and four others were sitting in a car, in the parking lot, when an unknown suspect shot at their car. Westbrook was taken to Alegent-Creighton University Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
So far, no details have been released about the suspects.
