Armed Robbers Sought
Police are searching for the armed men who robbed an Omaha convenience store. Surveillance video of the holdup was released on Thursday.
The suspects entered Big Bear Sinclair near 56th and Ames around 6 p.m. Sunday wearing black hoods and pointing their guns at the clerk and a customer. They demanded money from the register.
After receiving the cash, the men told the clerk to start grabbing rolls of coins from under the counter. The clerk offered them the whole cash drawer, but the robbers didn't want it. One of them threw it across the room. The suspects took a few items and ran out. They were last seen driving away in a black vehicle.
