An Omaha man will spend more than 10 years in prison for his role in a conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in South Omaha.
The U.S. Attorney says Omar Rodriguez-Castanon, 28, delivered approximately 24 grams of actual methamphetamine during the course of the conspiracy.
At the time, Mr. Rodriguez-Castanon was serving a three year term of supervised release after being convicted of being a felon in possession of a firearm.
This case was the result of a joint investigation conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Bellevue Police Department, the Omaha Police Department, and Homeland Security Investigations.
