An Omaha man was shot Saturday night after being robbed.
Twenty-eight-year-old Sheikh Mire told police a man took his wallet just before 9 p.m. near South 28th and T. When Mire began to follow the suspect as he fled, the suspect opened fire.
Mire was taken to Creighton University Medical Center to be treated for an injury not thought to be life threatening.
