An Omaha man was taken by medical helicopter after a one vehicle crash in Cass County on Saturday.
Around 3:30 p.m. Cass County Sheriff Office Deputies and Louisville Fire and Rescue responded to a one vehicle injury accident on Mahoney Road, just west of Highway 50, West of Louisville, NE.
According to investigators, the white 2012 Ford Edge driven by Daniel Brock, age 29, of Omaha, was heading West on Mahoney Road when Brock lost control of his vehicle, entered the north ditch and collided with multiple trees.
Brock's vehicle sustained heavy front end and passenger side damage.
Brock had to be extricated from the vehicle by the Louisville Fire and Rescue. Brock complained of head, neck, and back pain and was transported by LifeNet to Creighton Hospital.
Authorities say alcohol is believed to be a factor accident. The accident is still under investigation.
